WORK FLOW

How We Work

Sourcing Raw Materials

1

Berde-Kaway sources agricultural crops and waste materials from farms or agricultural processing facilities. This includes rice husks, coconut husks, corn cobs, napier grass and other biomass materials.

Processing

2

The collected raw materials are then processed to convert them into usable biomass fuels. This process involves shredding, drying and pelletizing the waste material into pellets which are ideal for burning in an industrial boiler or furnace with only minor adjustments to make it suitable for combustion.

Quality Control

3

Ensuring the quality of the biomass fuel is crucial for its effectiveness and safety. Berde -Kaway has quality control measures in place to test and verify the quality of the biomass fuels produced.

Distribution

4

Once the biomass fuels are processed and quality-checked, they are distributed to customers who use them as a renewable energy source for various applications such as heating, power generation, or industrial processes.
