Board Approves CO-CEOs
Berde-Kaway Board of Directors approves a change at the top and to promote Maxime Droit to CO-CEO along with Mark Edmonds.
This change facilitates Mark spending more time in Vietnam to oversee our importation and trading activities, with a medium term view of setting up operations in the country to support our local client base.
Whilst Maxime will concentrate more on the operational side in the Philippines.
Both CEOs will continue to provide client contact points: providing costing, advice and technical support.
